Helado de Banana y Crumble de café
Rinde: 500 gr de helado aproximadamente
Ingredientes:
- 6 bananas grandes
- 150 gr de fécula de mandioca
- 100 gr de manteca o aceite de coco
- 100 gr de azúcar mascabo
- 10 gr de café molido bien fino
- 50 gr de almendras
Nuestros ingredientes
Procedimiento:
Pelar y cortar las bananas en rodajas. Dejar congelar por lo menos 8 horas.
Hacer el crumble procesando el resto de los ingredientes. Colocarlo sobre una placa con papel manteca y cocinar en horno precalentado a 180 grados por 15 a 20 minutos. Dejar enfriar por completo y conservar en un frasco cerrado herméticamente.
Al momento de consumir, procesar las bananas hasta obtener una crema suave.
Servir en copas, acompañando con un poco de crumble por arriba.
