Batido Verde de Acelga
Se llaman Batidos Verdes por su alto contenido de clorofila (pigmento verde de las hojas) que se obtiene a través de la maravillosa fotosíntesis.
Los batidos de hojas verdes suministran fibra, que es vital para eliminar toxinas y otros desperdicios, y revitalizan todo el organismo.

Ingredientes:
- 1 puñado de acelga
- 1 puñado de perejil
- 2 bananas (o plátanos)
- jugo de 1/2 limón
- 2 tazas de agua
Rinde 1 litro aproximadamente.
Preparación:
Mezclar los ingredientes en una licuadora (entre más potente la licuadora, mejor textura tendrá el batido).
Idealmente consumir el batido fresco, ya que asi es más nutritivo, aunque se puede conservar en la heladera por un máximo de 3 días.
Te recomendamos probar y crear nuevos batidos con tus vegetales de hoja verde favoritos. Por ejemplo: lechuga (de todos los tipos verde y roja), espinaca, acelga, hojas de remolacha, apio (incluyendo sus hojas), hojas de zanahoria, hojas de pepino, perejil, cilantro, menta, diente de león (hojas y flores), repollo, etc.
